Job Description
Kreme Aesthetics Services is actively seeking a dedicated Front Desk/Accounting Clerk to become an integral part of our team in Lagos. As a leading skincare platform, we specialize in providing carefully curated skincare products alongside expert aesthetic consultations.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, delivering exceptional customer service, handling phone calls, and responding to inquiries. Additionally, you will assist with basic accounting tasks and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette, strong customer service skills, and a solid understanding of computer operations. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask are vital. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
