Springsource Consulting, is an outsourcing organization, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Freelance Recruiter (Hybrid)
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to work as a freelance recruiter on either a full-time or part-time basis with an excellent earning opportunity
- Availability to work remotely
- Candidate must have prior recruitment experience
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a host of assigned searches.
- Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates.
- Conduct screening interview
- Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods – web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals and contacts.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
- Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research, and personal network.
- Fluency in English.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Required Skills:
- Manage expectations with the hiring managers.
- Adept at communicating effectively across all levels.
- Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently.
- Pro-active and hands-on attitude to work.
- Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Pay: ₦50,00.00 – ₦250,00.00 per month
