Job Description
Our client, a popular cafe located in Oniru, Lagos, is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Manager. This role involves overseeing daily operations, creating menus, managing supplies, and leading a talented team to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations within budget and high standards
- Design and enhance menus while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, and develop F&B staff
- Comply with health and safety regulations
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Food and Beverage Management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
