Job Description
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary: ₦300,00 – ₦500,00 (Accommodation Available)
HIREFORME HR SOLUTIONS, a leading multinational hospitality firm, is in search of a highly experienced Guest Experience Supervisor to elevate our operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee floor staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Implement and maintain international hospitality standards.
- Supervise daily operations and enhance guest interactions.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold service excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in multinational hotels, such as Sheraton or Marriott.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
- Genuine passion for delivering world-class hospitality.
