Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
- Support project coordination and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Participate in staff recruitment and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in finance and management roles.
- Qualified accountant or holder of professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, FRM).
