Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, audits, and internal controls. You will prepare monthly and annual financial statements, lead a small finance team, and implement policies to ensure compliance and strengthen financial integrity.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred; 5+ years in accounting/finance with supervisory experience.
- Skills: Advanced Excel, ERP proficiency, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication.
- Responsibilities: Oversee month-end close, manage audits, improve processes, and support strategic growth through accurate financial information.
