Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decisions. The role includes overseeing accounting operations, supervising a small finance team, ensuring regulatory compliance, implementing internal controls, and coordinating external audits. Key responsibilities include cash flow management, variance analysis, month-end close, KPI monitoring, and driving process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel; excellent attention to detail
