Job Description
We are seeking an Accounting & Administrative Specialist to manage financial reporting, bookkeeping, budgeting, and cash-flow monitoring while handling vendor coordination, office operations, and document control. The role includes transaction analysis, monthly report preparation, account reconciliations, and audit support.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel and accounting software, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Reports to the Finance Manager and offers professional growth within a collaborative team.
