Job Description
Purpose of Role:
As a Field Support Technician, you will be responsible for executing both planned and contingency operations and maintenance (O&M) services in alignment with established procedures and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose the root causes of customer issues and implement effective solutions.
- Execute technical solutions at Point of Presence sites.
- Assist with disaster recovery initiatives.
- Perform facility maintenance and quality control checks.
- Maintain inventory and generate regular reports.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related Technical discipline, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₦300,00.00 per month
