Job Description

NETOP Business Systems is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Officer to join our team on a contract basis for 18 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Installing software updates and performing various POS functions.
• Providing technical support for the POS help desk.
• Offering onsite support to merchants and ensuring proper maintenance of POS systems.
• Submitting daily activity reports to the assigned supervisor.
• Advising merchants on best practices and training them in hardware and troubleshooting techniques.
• Maintaining a positive relationship with customers.

Pay ranges from ₦70,00.00 to ₦90,00.00 per month.
