Job Description
Flexile Investments and Technologies Limited is seeking a Field Officer to conduct site visits, monitor project progress, collect and analyze data, liaise with communities, government officials, and partners, supervise field teams, evaluate programs, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 1–4 years of field operations experience.
- Skills: strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency with data collection and analysis tools (Excel, statistical software); excellent organizational skills.
- Requirements: ability to work in remote or challenging environments and to travel frequently.
- Employment: Full-time. Compensation: ₦150,00–₦200,00 per month.
