Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1) Daily Operations: Oversee store operations, maintain cleanliness, and manage opening/closing procedures.
2) Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff. Manage shifts and conduct team meetings.
3) Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service, resolve complaints, and enhance the shopping experience.
4) Sales and Marketing: Develop sales strategies, monitor performance, and coordinate promotions.
5) Inventory Management: Manage stock replenishment and conduct regular checks.
6) Financial Management: Oversee budgets, prepare financial reports, and ensure profitability.
7) Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to policies and maintain a safe environment.
