We are looking for a skilled Commercial Broiler Farm Officer to oversee our broiler farming operations and ensure production efficiency. In this role, you will manage farming activities, supervise staff, maintain assets, and enforce safety and biosecurity protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee broiler operations aiming for seven production cycles annually.
- Ensure an average bird weight of 2kg within 4.5 weeks.
- Foster positive relationships with suppliers and implement farm Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Animal Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in poultry farming.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
