Job Description
Location: Ibadan, Oyo State
Salary: ₦150,00 Gross (Per Month)
Xymbolic Development Ltd. is searching for a motivated and experienced Farm Manager for our Hacienda Agro property in Ibadan. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics and have 1-2 years of farm management experience, particularly with plantation crops.
Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising farmworkers, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to agricultural best practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. The ideal applicant must reside in Ibadan.
