Job Description
AFRICANA is looking for a proactive and experienced Factory Manager to lead our production operations in Abuja. This pivotal role is vital for ensuring our tailoring processes meet the high standards of African luxury and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily factory operations.
- Manage production schedules and evaluate staff performance.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure adherence to safety and labor regulations.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance their production skills.
Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma and have 4–6 years of experience in garment production management.
