Job Description
Helean Global Limited, a leading Human Resource Solution Provider in Lagos, Nigeria, is looking for a dedicated Factory Human Resource Manager to join our team in Mowe, Ogun.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with plant management on development objectives.
- Provide HR expertise in leadership and performance management.
- Oversee timely payroll processing and onboarding programs.
- Manage employee relations and conduct performance appraisals.
- Support health and safety initiatives.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years in manufacturing; 7 years of HR experience.
- Proficient in HR software and strong knowledge of labor laws.
Salary: N500,00 monthly (net).
