Job Description
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for all facilities at the Mall.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of buildings and systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
- Monitor energy usage and implement efficiency initiatives.
- Interface with tenants and government agencies.
- Respond to facility emergencies promptly.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
Qualifications:
- HND/B.Sc. in facility management or related field.
- 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₦120,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month
Location: Ibadan (Relocation required)
