Job Description
ABOUT US: Rush Homes & Gardens is a leading, technology-driven real estate services company in Nigeria. We are expanding and looking for exceptional candidates to utilize technology for property and facility maintenance solutions.
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop operational plans aligned with client expectations.
- Supervise maintenance of critical site systems and assets.
- Drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Attend to maintenance issues and conduct periodic audits.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years as a facilities manager.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₦60,00.00 – ₦90,00.00 per month
