Job Description
People Capacity Management, a leading human resources and management consulting firm in Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee daily operations in Lekki. The successful candidate will handle cleaning, maintenance, security, and safety management, while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
The ideal applicant will have a Bachelor’s Degree in facilities management or related fields, with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is essential, along with the ability to lead teams effectively.
Compensation ranges from N200,00 to N250,00 monthly.
