Job Description
Lagoon Hospitals, established in 1984, stands as the largest private healthcare services group in Nigeria with six well-equipped facilities. We are currently seeking a dedicated Facility Manager to oversee our operations in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities: The Facility Manager will monitor facility operations, supervise fleet management, lead construction and maintenance projects, maintain comprehensive inventory records, and manage relationships with vendors.
Required Qualifications: Candidates should possess a degree in Engineering or a related discipline, along with 5-8 years of experience in facility management. Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of contract management are essential for success in this role.
