Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Facility Manager to oversee commercial and residential properties on Lagos Island, with one site in Apapa. Competitive monthly salary: ₦500,00–₦600,00. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, maintenance, vendor coordination, budget monitoring, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key requirements:
- HND or BSc in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, or related field
- Proven experience managing multi-site properties
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
