Job Description
FactBase Consulting Limited is seeking a highly skilled, honest, and dedicated Facility Manager to join our client’s team in Abuja. Our client is a rapidly expanding FMCG company with a manufacturing facility located in the Shagamu/Ijebu-Ode area and a Head Office in Lagos Mainland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate installations and repairs efficiently.
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance systems for company facilities.
- Oversee procurement processes and facility enhancements.
- Create and manage the annual budget for building maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- Degree or HND in a relevant field.
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
