Job Description
We are seeking a Facility Associate to oversee daily building operations, perform routine maintenance, cleaning, facility inspections, and minor repairs, and to coordinate external vendors. The role includes managing supply inventory, supporting event setup, and ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment in accordance with applicable safety guidelines.
- Qualifications: high school diploma and at least 1 year of facilities or maintenance experience
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge; ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills, reliability, attention to detail, and flexible availability with occasional evenings or weekends
- Familiarity with safety regulations and preventive maintenance is a plus
