Job Description
Careers Verified is seeking an Experienced Recovery Officer to manage overdue loan portfolios. Responsibilities include conducting field visits and phone follow-ups, tracing and locating absconded customers, negotiating repayment arrangements, and preparing accurate, timely reports. The role requires adherence to company policies and Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations while achieving recovery targets.
- Qualifications: HND or BSc in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Experience: 2–5 years in loan recovery.
- Skills: strong negotiation and communication, field-investigation capability, high integrity, and proficiency in Excel.
Full-time; salary ₦200,00–₦250,00/month, performance-based and subject to compliance requirements.
