Job Description
The Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative support to executives at ICONNS Group, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executives’ schedules, communications, and travel arrangements.
- Organize meetings and coordinate special projects.
- Oversee office supplies and budgets while maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Salary: N200,00 – N250,00 monthly.
