Job Description

Devien Consult Limited is seeking a highly organized professional with a legal background to join a leading Oil & Gas company as an Executive Secretary. This full-time position is based in Ikoyi, Lagos.

As an Executive Secretary, you will provide exceptional administrative and legal support to senior executives. Responsibilities include managing executive schedules, drafting legal documents, ensuring compliance with company policies, and preparing reports for meetings.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, 3+ years of experience, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Salary is N350,00 monthly. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
