Job Description
Ontrac Technologies Limited (OTL) is currently seeking a highly skilled Executive Personal Assistant to support a senior executive. The successful candidate will work primarily in the office and will be responsible for various tasks, including document preparation, photocopying, flight and hotel bookings, and ensuring the efficient daily operations of the executive’s office.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least a Higher National Diploma (HND).
- Proficient in computer applications and social media platforms.
- Professional appearance with a commitment to good hygiene.
- Must possess a functional smartphone (iOS or Android).
- Preferred age range: 20 – 35 years.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
