Responsibilities:
- Support senior executives with scheduling, documentation, and social media content.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and visas for executives and clients.
- Coordinate and organize events, including online meetings and family office gatherings.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries professionally.
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier vendors and service providers.
Requirements:
- BSc in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in financial or luxury environments.
- Exceptional multitasking, organizational skills, and high professionalism.
