Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO. The successful candidate will manage a complex calendar, coordinate domestic and international travel, organize executive meetings, handle confidential correspondence, and prepare reports and presentations to support strategic initiatives.
- Minimum three years’ experience supporting C-level executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Discretion with sensitive information; proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; adaptable, proactive, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
