Job Description
Adebayo Adeleke LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. In this role, you will manage the CEO’s calendar, handle travel arrangements, prepare documents, and serve as a point of contact. Your responsibilities will include organizing executive meetings, facilitating communication, and managing sensitive information with discretion.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to prioritize tasks. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of ₦250,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 per month.
