Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing various reports. The Executive Assistant will also act as a liaison among departments and serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications include a proven background in administrative support, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong time management abilities. A degree in business or a related field is preferred.
