Job Description
Pulse Nigeria is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will manage the MD’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence professionally. The ideal candidate will support special projects and assist in decision-making initiatives.
Duties Include: Organizing the MD’s schedule, coordinating meetings with stakeholders, managing sensitive information, preparing meeting materials, and assisting with business travel.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 2 years of experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Google Suite.
