Job Description
Growth Partner Intermediaries Limited is actively seeking a qualified Executive Assistant to provide support to the Managing Director of an insurance company in Lagos. This is an on-site position requiring a proactive candidate with exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and handle email correspondence efficiently.
- Implement strategies in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
- Oversee expense tracking and budget management.
- Coordinate meetings with various stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Requirements: A minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience, outstanding organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
