Job Description
eHealth4everyone is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing and expanding the business effectively. This role involves acting as the first point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing outstanding administrative support.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing documents and reports
- Managing calendars using MS Teams and Google Meet
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Filing and retrieving corporate documents
- Conducting research and preparing for meetings
- Recording meeting minutes
- Providing general administrative support
Qualifications: Degree in Law, Business, or related field; 3+ years of relevant experience; excellent multitasking and communication skills.
