Job Description
We seek a polished Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, preparing correspondence and documents, and prioritizing tasks to enhance office efficiency. The role requires liaising with internal and external stakeholders while exercising strict confidentiality and independent judgment.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting executives
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic scheduling tools
- Discretion, strong problem-solving ability, proactive attitude, and keen attention to detail
