Job Description
We seek a Kenya-based Evaluation Consultant to design and lead rigorous evaluations of development programs. Key responsibilities include developing evaluation frameworks, designing mixed-methods assessments, conducting fieldwork across Kenya, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and producing clear reports with evidence-based recommendations. This is a short-term consultancy with travel required, an immediate start, and a competitive daily rate.
- Master’s degree in social sciences or a related field
- 7+ years of evaluation experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Familiarity with DFID, USAID, and EU donor requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
