Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Dispute Resolution Officer to join Konga Online Nigeria Ltd. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely and effective resolution of dispute cases within our Logistics unit, contributing to seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze disputes to ensure a 0% error rate on deliveries.
- Organize documentation for effective case resolution.
- Resolve billing errors and service delays promptly.
Qualifications:
- Good first degree in Science, Economics, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦80,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month
