Job Description
Lead and expand our worship music ministry by directing choirs and bands, selecting and arranging repertoire, and coordinating volunteers for weekly services and special events. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of church music leadership, strong vocal and instrumental skills (piano or guitar preferred), experience in arranging and rehearsal planning, proven team leadership, familiarity with sound and technical systems, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with pastoral staff.
