The successful candidate will drive strategic human capital initiatives, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure effective talent management.
Key Responsibilities: Develop human capital strategies, oversee workforce planning, enhance employee engagement, lead training programs, ensure compliance with labor laws, manage compensation frameworks, and implement HR analytics.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 8-10 years of experience in Human Capital Management; strong understanding of workforce planning and employee engagement; professional certifications are a plus.
