Job Description

Joes & Eves seeks a results-driven Direct Sales Agent to identify and engage prospective customers through field visits, calls, and referrals. The role requires promoting and selling company products and services, articulating features, benefits, and pricing, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, tracking activities, and submitting daily and weekly reports.

• Qualifications: OND/HND/B.Sc in Marketing or related field.
• Experience: Prior direct/field sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Skills: Target-driven with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Compensation: ₦80,00/month plus commission and performance bonuses. Full-time position.
