Job Description
ABOUT THE CLIENT: Our client is a leading microfinance bank in Nigeria, dedicated to offering inclusive financial services such as credit, savings, and transfers aimed at supporting underserved and low-income households.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop innovative digital banking solutions.
- Oversee the core banking system to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with senior management to drive strategic digital initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in banking operations or IT strategy, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in project management and system implementation.
