Job Description
Join Standard Bank as the Diaspora Banking Team Lead and take charge of managing a diverse portfolio of Diaspora Banking clients. In this critical role, you will integrate and coordinate a variety of products and services to strengthen client relationships and drive profitability. Your primary focus will be on fostering liability growth and developing asset portfolios, particularly home loans for Nigerians residing abroad.
To succeed in this role, strong sales acumen and the ability to cultivate enduring client relationships are paramount. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and relationship management within the financial services sector.
