Job Description
Welcome2Africa International is seeking a Deal Sourcing Specialist to identify, assess, and onboard investment opportunities in alignment with our focus sectors. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing detailed investment profiles, managing data rooms, and negotiating agreements. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, experience in investment analysis, and a deep understanding of financial metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Proven experience in deal sourcing and investment profiling.
- Proficient in CRM systems and market research software.
