Job Description
Pelican Staffing Solutions Nigeria is on the lookout for a Customer Support Team Leader to manage our operations in Nigeria, ensuring outstanding levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities along with a strong dedication to providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the customer support team.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing support staff.
- Develop and implement service policies and continuous improvement strategies.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of computer literacy, 3 years of leadership experience, relevant gaming/casino experience, and a Bachelor’s Degree.
Location: Ibadan | Salary: ₦150,00 – ₦250,00/month
