Job Description
Truebelle Nigeria Limited is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to become a valued member of our energetic team. This position will start as onsite, transitioning to a hybrid work model in the second month.
We seek a meticulous candidate with strong sales conversion abilities and proficiency in social media. Key responsibilities include processing online orders, converting leads into sales, handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, a minimum of one year of e-commerce and sales experience, and fluency in spoken English.
