Job Description
TeamAce is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative Intern. In this role, you will ensure smooth communication between our company and clients, maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction through effective support. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media, assist with property inquiries, and handle customer complaints efficiently.
This position requires excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ideal candidates should be currently serving in the NYSC program and possess a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. The salary for this position is N70,00 monthly.
