Job Description
Samic-Idea Multiventure is seeking a Customer Support Assistant for an office-based position. The ideal candidate will respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize Android devices to meet customer needs.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues as needed.
- Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication skills.
Requirements:
- SSCE certificate minimum.
- Proficient with Android phones.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is a plus.
Salary: ₦50,00.00 per month.
