Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Officer to drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will oversee customer onboarding, cultivate lasting client relationships, monitor account health, and liaise with product and support teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer success or account management; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; CRM proficiency; and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
