Job Description
CDLP HUB LTD is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Executive to join our team in Ibadan, Oyo State. This full-time position offers a salary between NGN 150,00 – 250,00. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping them achieve success with our products.
Key Responsibilities: Onboard new customers, respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, maintain records, and follow up on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Minimum HND, 3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
