Job Description
Biologix Support Services Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this role, you will lead the customer service department, ensuring exceptional service delivery and improving customer satisfaction through effective leadership and loyalty initiatives.
Responsibilities: Manage daily operations, train team members, address escalated customer inquiries, and analyze service performance reports.
Requirements: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, a degree from a respected institution, and outstanding communication and people management abilities.
Salary: NGN 250,00 – 400,00 (Full Time, IT & Telecoms).
